We are now progressing into summer and believe it or not, school starts again in just over a month from now. You have waited through the prime selling season on the year and are now ready to put your home up for sale. Are you too late? No.
There is never a terrible time to put your home up for sale. There are times that are better than others, but now will work just fine. Transferees into the community happen all year round. If you are thinking you missed the selling season, in some ways you are correct, but selling goes on year round.
So give me a call if you are considering selling your home.

The one thing that continually amazes me is the power of connections. I went through Real estate school with a good friend 5 years ago. She stayed in the business a short time and moved on to other things. We have not spoken for a year or so and she called me this week to list her home and to be her buyers agent as well. My partner is in a group of top producing agents in the area, girls only so I was not invited!, and they caravan to their listings once per month. This puts 6-8 top selling agents into our listings each month. Not a bad way to get your home sold. If you would like to get your home sold, give us a call.
Oh yeah, the name? They are called the convertibles because they drive around in convertibels and convert your home to sold!

Ok, so if you know me well you know that I sometimes perform as an extra in movies and TV shows filmed here in the Atlanta area. Well, I worked last Friday night as a doctor on MTV’s Teen Wolf show. It should air in August sometime. How does this relate to Real Estate?
